Order Process & Payment Terms

  1. Order Confirmation & Payment
    • Manufacturing begins only after:
      • 50% advance payment is received.
      • Complete order requirements (specifications, quantities, and design details) are finalized and approved by Centimeters International.
  2. Production Updates
    • We will provide order status updates within a mutually agreed timeframe.
    • Customers will receive notifications on production progress, delays (if any), and completion timelines via info@centimetersinternational.com.
  3. Final Payment & Shipping
    • The remaining 50% payment must be completed after order packaging details are shared and confirmed by the customer.
    • Shipment will be processed only after full payment clearance.
  4. Quality & Order Verification
    • Customers must verify and confirm the product name, quality, and specifications before production begins.
    • No changes can be made post-production initiation without additional charges.
  5. Communication & Disputes
    • All official communications must be sent to info@centimetersinternational.com for record-keeping.
    • Disputes or concerns must be raised within 7 days of order delivery for resolution.
